Let me start by saying I was scared to death to have the few teeth I had left in my head removed all at once. THEN to have my dentures placed in my mouth at the same time, was almost more than I could take. I was a nervous wreck I tell ya. From the time I walked in to check in with the office manager, Nicole, being the nicest and absolutely on point person to welcome me to my appointment. To my nurse who was just to most comforting nurse I have ever had. She was so caring and made sure I was completely comfortable. She is also very good at her job. Right in the middle of my procedure, she noticed that my oxygen had dropped, so she put oxygen on me for support. I will update this when I am reminded of my nursed name. (Sorry) To my doctor. Dr Sherry Senters DMD IS HANDS DOWN AMAZING. Knows exactly what she is doing. FOR REAL!!! I kid you not with this. I woke up the next morning with NO PAIN. NONE! I was sore of course but absolutely no pain at all. I was completely expecting at least a day of throbbing pain. I truly had NO PAIN! I even wore my top plate all day with no issues. Bottom plate needs some adjustment but the top looked WONDERFUL thanks to the Awesome, Amazing Affordable

First visit and super impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff members are. DMD B. Wallace down to earth completely humbled and informative regarding my dental issues/concerns. He took the time to listen and provided great advice was not money driven. I will recommend to anyone looking for guidance and help with any dental concerns.

I haven't had a bad experience here at all. The staff is freaking amazing!! I love my new smile! They have boosted my confidence and self esteem! I refer a lot of my friends and my boyfriend here. One of my friends is having work done next week. I will continue to refer people to them. 😊😁

Everyone was very helpful, patience, caring for you or about your needs and empathy. I had to go back and get an adjustment and it was done quickly in and out. I really was satisfied with my service and the staff from front to the back care. Keep the good customers service. Oh my service was for dentures upper and lower.

When I arrive to the Norwood office I won't lie I was scared out of my mind but from the time I entered the office a really nice women smile at me and said good morning I remember saying to myself I'm in the right place I felt good for some reason. The team work here from the start is above and beyond. Friendly staff a since of calming atmosphere, compassionate care excellent dentistry Dr.Wallace and Dr.Senters this office is phenomenal!!! Everyone assured me that I will be taken care of and that I would love the results and the team was right!! I was impressed. I'm confident and now more social I absolutely love my new smile, the same way I was referred here I will be doing allot of referring to this very office. It's definitely worth it you will not be disappointed.
